Plus bike by Bortolani and Righi

-This special looking bike as been designed by Fabio Bortolani and Ermanno Righi from Dovetusai,
Not really in love with the design but more interested in the minimalist frame ( if it can hold a human weight),i just like the idea that the top tube can be functionnal as else as structural. I know that fixies or "fixed gear bikes " are trendy but i would have love to see some smart cable managements for the brakes in here, cause i can't see them. anyway i think this is a rendering, but there is definitely something in it..

I don't think this is a render – there's just too much detail included for a mockup. For example, if you check out some of the close-ups of the handles, you'll see threads from the stitching that aren't tucked in, wear on the rear of the seat where the leather is wrapped under, and streaks on the seat post where it was pushed/twisted down into place.

I think the smart cable management would be the lack of needing cables at all -- it has a coaster brake. Also, a big clue that it isn't a fixed gear bike is that lack of toe clips or clipless pedals.

Seems like there's room for form improvement on the handlebar profile as well. Everything else is very reduced...it should follow suit.

It is not a render! You can buy if you want at dovetusai.it

It sure is a fixie, if you look at the rear cog there is no coaster break. The lack of toeclips just means that they were trying to keep the look for product shots minimal and not displaying the functionality of the desired pedals for this bike setup.I would love to ride around on this unique fixie.

It's absolutely not a fixed gear. The strap and coaster brake arm are clearly visible on the off side in the first picture. Toe clips or lack thereof really don't play into it.
