BMW GINA: a car with a fabric skin

-Check this out, now that's something exciting, finally somebody is doing a concept car that fight against the usual way of designing a car, YEs there is still 4 wheels, YEs there is still a steering wheel , but the outer skin is made of seamless polyurethane-coated Lycra fabric wrapped and tension by an aluminium skeleton underneath, looks great, feel fresh .
Yes it's just a concept car, but think about what it can imply , change the colour of you car easily, wash the skin of your car in the washing machine and so on...

It evokes the Hindunberg in the worst way and is an idiotic exercise. More offensive is that a designer is wearing pleated khaki pants sans irony. It's foppish.

100% with you BnKo, It roooooocks !
I like the approach / philosophy about how make function by using another way than the "traditional", also thinking about tooling's process. A perfect example of pure fresh Industrial Design !!!
